Our Ethos:

We believe that emerging artists shouldn’t have to travel far – or pay over the odds – to access creative industry opportunities.

We believe that disabled people deserve affordable, high-quality, and accessible arts experiences locally.

We know that authenticity is key: This festival is made by, and for the benefit of, local, emerging, gen-z / zillenial, disabled and neurodiverse creatives.

The SPEAK VOLUMES! Festival Crew strive to elevate emerging artists and young creatives from diverse backgrounds and underrepresented communities. While everybody is welcomed and cherished by Speak Volumes Festival, we particularly hope to boost opportunities and representation for artists who fall into any of the below demographics:

• Gen-Z, student, or aged between 16-30.
• Emerging artists, those with <5 years in the industry.
• Disabled, neurodivergent, and those with long-term or chronic health conditions.

Speak Volumes Festival CIC is proudly founded and run by Gen-Z, queer women and non-binary people living with disabilities and/or long-term health conditions.

Speak Volumes Festival is a Community Interest Company (CIC) and not-for-profit organisation. Lovingly run by emerging creatives in Worcester, England.
